Installation Error R2019a - error shared_dspblks_win64

Hello,

I would appreciate any assistance that can be offered in trying to install Matlab. I have tried clearing out the temp files, run CCleaner to clear out the registry, uninstalled previous installation of Matlab.

I am receiving the following error when trying to install 2019a:

Run in windows 7 compatibility mode

I was finally able to get it installed by only installing the base software without any add ons. Then I had to install each add on separately from the software itself.
