Exporting table into a .dat file

I am trying to take my table that I imported from a .dat file, title the columns, and trying to turn it back into a .dat file. The code below labels them but what function could help so I can export this table?
x = table(int11) %int11 is the file that is imported
int11.Properties.VariableNames{1} = 'Time'
int11.Properties.VariableNames{2} = 'Donor'

My first thought would be to use the writetable function.
