How to detect Class label in data mining algorithms?

Just want to use class labels in data mining and as I know normally data mining algorithms doesn't detect class/labels like Apriori, is there another data mining algorithm like Apriori or FP-Growth who can detect class/labels of data?
If NO, How can I classify extracted patterns in data mining?
