External mode error with ExtTargetPktPending() call failed

Hi,

I got the error when I working on Simulink in External Mode. I built two subsystems, one with a video capture block and the other with robotic control model.

When I separately run them under Normal (the video subsystem) and External (the robotic control model) modes, no error occurs.

Linking them together, however, I got the below error.

Error occurred while executing External Mode MEX-file 'quarc_comm':
ExtTargetPktPending() call failed while checking  for target pkt

OS: Win10;

MATLAB: R2016a

Anyone could help me on this?

Hi Lotte,

The problem was solved. I run the two simulink documents seperately.

Is the configuration of your quarc comm block correct?
