How to set a start and restart button for counter model?

I am desgining a simple counter model.So i need to add start and restart buttons.when i press restart button it should become zero postion and when i press Start button it should start counting. So please give me some hints .

Do want to design in script or simulink model?. If it is simulink model, then what is meant by button?

Hi, attached up and down counter. Here i didn't created any button for up and down counter.
