FFT analysis tool in powergui

Hi,
I simulate a bipolar SPWM and I have a problem with FFT analysis tool in powergui in matlab 2019a. I run the simulation and Scope-> Settings ->logging -> log data to workspace -> Name the desired variable -> change the format to 'Structure with Time'. After that I open the FFT analysis in powergui but there is empty signal. Can anybody please help me?
