Can't load .mat file from subfolder

Error using load

Unable to read file '.\Gutteil\AT019'. No such file or directory.

Error in LoadRefPINTurning (line 45)

A = load(filename);

I'm keep getting errors but it worked on another computer, is it because I'm using Mac or code or path is wrong.

All the subdirectories on your MATLAB user path must be included in the path definitions. See: What Is the MATLAB Search Path? and Add Folders to the MATLAB Search Path at Startup for a full discussion.
