Hallo, I was wondering if there is an easy code in matlab regarding solving master equations

Probably because it appears to be out of print.
You will need to find a replacement for it. Consider Introductory Quantum Mechanics with MATLAB: For Atoms, Molecules, Clusters, and Nanocrystals.
This is what search engines are for.
