That image, as displayed in the regular Answers view, is rather small. Here it is using the LaTeX button. [It wasn't quite clear, opening the image in a new tab, whether the subscript on G was rel or ref.]
So how many dimensions does \tau have and what do representative G_{\re*} and E' functions look like? Simple polynomials, delta functions, complex trigonometric or special functions, etc.?

tau has only one dimension
G(rel) is the linear shear stress relaxtion modulus
E is linear tensile stress relaxtion modulus
