I have a system modeled in Simscape Multibody and one of the components is a general flexible beam, I am trying to measure the flex that the beam experiencesSim in the simulation but I cannot find any examples or useful blocks. Any help will be appreciated.

If you are interested into the relative displacement at the ends of the beams (eg bending deflection, elongation/compression etc), you can add a "Transform sensor" with the two ports connected to the two ends of the beams. In this way you can get the relative displacement (linear displacement as well as angular displacement) of the flexible beam.
If this answer help you to solve you problem, please consider to accept it as a sign of gratitude.
Best regards, A
