How to find volume of distribution of drug for each individual as well as summary in simbiology ?

I use simbiology for pharmacokinetic analysis. My two compartmental model is as shown in the figure attached.

I did a non-mixed effect model using isqnonlin estimation method and was able to estimate the values of Cl_Central, Cl_Peripheral, k12 and k21 for each individual as well as summary. Similary, Can someone guide on how to find the volume of distribution of drug for each individual as well as summary.
