How to assign value to a radio switch button?

Consider i have 2 edit box where i can insert 2 values And then there is 2 radio switch button and which is first box and second box And another static text box where the result will displayed

hat does the question mean? What is "assigning a value to a radio button"? Radio buttons are accessed by clicking on them. If they are enabled their value is 1, otherwise it is 0. But you do not "assign values". So please explain, what you want to achieve. Remember., that the readers in the forum do not know anything about what you are doing and what you want to get - except if you explain it.
