How do I select specific clusters to show?

Capture.JPGI want to show in two different images the pixels that form the lesion, in this case cluster 1 and 2, and in another image cluster 3. The thing is that for every image the count of the clusters is not the same. For example in another picture I had the dark pixels in clusters 2 and 3 or 1 and 3. Can you please offer some suggestions?
