How to calculate mean of the Fisheriris classes?

I want to implement the nearest prototype clasification for Fisheriris database.

I split the Fisheriris database in two. So I have a train vector and a test vector.

I want to understand how to calculate the mean of the classes of the Fisheris and how to calculate the euclidean distance

between vectors and the mean of the classes?

Can you help me?
