Create Specific Sized Cell

Hi Everyone!

I need a little help with making a specific sized cell.

For my case I need a 1 x 37 cell. The cell needs to hold values ranging from 0:10:360. The first cell needs to be all zeros, the second all 10 and so on... Each of these need to be a 1 x n double matrix. The length of n will be quite large around 1E6 or so.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
