.off (.coff?) file opening

Hi,

I'm currently encountering some problem in understanding how .off file are composed. I've downloaded 'Toolbox Graph' by Gabriel Peyre that anyone can find at this link

but is not working.

Opening the file I've noticed that the first header line is not 'OFF' as expected but 'COFF'. Also the rest do not respect the .off file structure I've found somewhere in the net. Is this a different format? .coff? do anyone know how to read it and how to display the result?
