Label image data without Matlab license?

Hello, I want a collegue without a Matlab license to label images so that I can train a CNN based on the rectangular ROI information. Is it possible to use the Matlab Image Labeler only without a license?

Unfortunately, to use the Image Labeler, you'd need MATLAB. The best thing I can suggest is get a 30 day trial from the mathworks.com website, if you do not want to pay for a license for now.
