Upgrade Matlab version/server out of maintenance

We have Matlab 2013a Concurrent licences with maintenance stopped.
Is it possible to upgrade to Matlab 2018 version and also change the server because the server with Matlab 2013 is not compatible with Matlab 2018.

Please send this licensing question directly to the Sales department using the telephone icon in the upper-right corner of this page. The Sales department should be able to answer what would be required to upgrade to a newer release.
