Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window Constraints (Soft) and non-stochastic demand

Hello everyone,
I am a Mechanical Engineering Student, spcializing in Robotics and Control Systems.
I have to solve the Vehicle Routing Problem with Soft Timw window constraints with multiple vehicles (3). I have to use meta heuristics to find a good solution and compare with a benchmark.
So far, we have successfully used ACO to solve the problem, but we require another.
Does anyone know of a good Matlab Code which uses meta heuristics (or a common heurisitc) to solve this problem? It should not generate a randomn model but be able to accept as an input arguments the city coordiante, time windows, demand of client and service time! Also, accept more than one truck.
