Nonlinear optimization using fmincon: how to find optimal point for x vector

Hi, I am trying to solve maximization problem in which i have to find optimal value for phi and phi is a not single valued, it is a vector containg multiple values e.g. if n= 4 then i have to find 4 different optimal points for phi using fmincon
Here is the equation containing constant values except phi which i have to maximize by optimization phi(n) and i want to find optimal n value for phi.
Constraints are mentioned above, optimal value of phi(n) is less than equal to 1-B.
I am able to find the optimal value collectively but didnot understand how to find for each phi(n).
