Modelling Torque Couplers in Simulink

I want to model a torque coupler in simulink such that the torques from two sources are added and the resultant is delivered to a shaft. The idea is to model a parallel hybrid drivetrain such that the torques from the ICE and Electric motor are added and delivered to the final drive. Can anyone please help in modelling such a system ?

The simplest way is to couple the two sources as in this example in Simscape Electrical:
