warping of two images

Dear sir,

iI want to warp two images.The code and images are attached below.But the warping result is not correct.Please help me sir.

im1=imread('patch binary1.jpg');

im2=imread('warp1.jpg');

[h wim] = homography(im1, im2);

imshow(wim)

%[ warpedImg ] = imwarp( im1, im2, h, cornerPoints );
