IGES or stp format except stl format geometry files can be imported into PDE for meshing?

I had such a problem:

I want to solve the Reynolds equation on a complex 2D domain that with many diffent complex subdomains on which the coefficients of equation were different. So PDE App or PDE function was hard to draw this geoetry domain. I know the function importGeometry can import the complex geometry stl format file into PDE for meshing. But imported stl format file represented only whole domain and subdomain inside whole domain can not be retained. The loss of subdomain prevent me from setting different coefficients values on different subdomians. Counld IGES or stp format files storing subdomain infirmation be imported into PDE?
