how can i make if statement

i had followed all this steps but i wanna to do if statement that if both images have the same object or features to do a certain action and if they are not similar dont take action or send me not similar whatever

Please define similar, same number of objects? Location of objects? Shape? Are your objects going to be in the same orentation?
