Solidworks use simscape multibody has no response

in matlab I use regmatlabserver has noresponse；but when operate “enableservice('AutomationServer',true)”，the result is 1；Then I click tool->simcape mutibody link->export->simscape multibody, The result appears as shown above. What‘s the problem？How can I resolve it?
