In a Signal Editor box, I do not have the option to "Draw Signal"

As the subject line says, I do not have the option to "Draw Signal" under the "Signal" menu selection. I only have two options, "Blank Signal" and "Author Signal". Help/advice appreciated!

The "Draw Signal" option was introduced in Simulink R2019a. According to this post, it looks as though you were running R2018b at the time.
