How to get pixhawk support package generated code into original code？

I am trying to replace the existed attitude_control module with a new generated code from pixhawk support package. But I am struck into how can I do this. I have read the PSP user guide. There is not content that includes this part. Thus I want to ask for some help. Give a big thx for everyone in advance.
