Matlab load dll problems

Hi, i'm using the autosar coder package to generate code out of simulink models. When i'm loading my libraries i get the following error that some dll file can't be loaded: "Can't load 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2016b\bin\win64\libmwsimulink.dll': The specified procedure could not be found."

In my script this happens when the script is executing: sl_refresh_customizations;

i had this problem 1 month ago and i could fix it because i reinstalled matlab completely.

yesterday i did this again but the error remained.

I would really appreciate if someone could contact me because i really have to generate code the next days.

In cases like this, your best course of action is to call matlab support.
