The calculation of my program gives out a variable 190*40
I want to interpolate it to 190*400
how can i do it?

Read about interp2., imresize.
Le A be your 190*40 variable.
B = imresize(A,[190 400]) ;
B(B==0) = NaN ;
pcolor(B')
shading interp
caxis([1 5])
