I am trying to run this code.
R=100e6;
t=0:2:150;
h=2;
E=-60;
C=0.1e-9;
Iinj=repmat(10e-9,1,75);
Iinj(1,1)=0;
V= zeros(1,75);
V(1,1)=E;
tau=R*C;
for i =0:1:75
vss=E+Iinj(i)*R;
V(i+1)=vss-(vss-V(i))*exp(-(t(i+1)-t(i))/tau);
end
plot(t,V)

MATLAB has indexing of arrays beginning from 1 instead of 0, thus replace
for i =0:1:75
by
for i =1:1:76
