Error when creating PIL block in MATLAB R2018b

Hello,

I am working with the C2000 extension for the F28004 DSP.

I have been trying to create a PIL block from exactly the same model in both R2017b and R2018b.

In the 2017 version it works perfectly, but in the 2018 version it says the next error:

Microsoft (R) Manifest Tool Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved. mt : general error c101008d: Failed to write the updated manifest to the resource of file "C:\Users\EMonlleoMontana\Desktop\practicar\test_PIL_2018b\test_PIL_2018b_pbs.mexw64". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I attach an image with the model and diagnostic viewer.

I closed all the files and there still was that error.

Then, later this morning it started working, and once again it stopped.

Any idea of why this happens?
