How to find minima from a fitted 3rd order polynomial

As shown below, my data points are in blue
grey plot is fitted using 2nd order polynomial
Red plot is fitted using 3rd order polynomial, which seems to be better than 2nd order polynomial (quadratic fit)
How to find the minimum value of y for this 3rd order ploynomial ?

Solve y'(x)=0 for x and check whether f''(x) > 0.
