Digital Audio Equalizer Frequency changing

This code is for audio digital equalizer

I must push button stop in order to change the frequencies and then push reusme(play) so that the effect appear on the signal (sound)

How can i resolve this probelm so that when i change the values in the slider (frequencies) , the effect appear at once on the signal (sound) ?
