I have IQ samples in " .BINIQ" file and I need to import them into the matlab.
could enybody help me please??

I'm assuming that '.biniq' is readable as an ascii file. If that is true then here are some options for loading the data:
textscan
dlmread
fopen combined with fgetl
load
importdata
