simulink start page error.

I'm unable to use simulink as it shows only a blank start page when I click on it.

Either reinstall the software or click on the Contact Us button on the top right corner of this page to contact Mathworks Support Team.

Do you solve it now? I have the same question, reinstall the software isn't useful at all.
