How do I use the MATLab example model command link in MATLab 2016?

Hi,
I'm trying to add a per made model, which I have linked below.
https://uk.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sdl/examples/winch-with-brake.html?searchHighlight=winch&s_tid=doc_srchtitle#d120e2634
I click on try in MATLAB then a pop-up with a MATLAB command link. I copy and paste the command link into my MATLAB window and press enter, but the follow error pops up.

What am I doing wrong? or does MATLAB 2016 not support this function?
