Accessing elements of a 3-D cell array

I have a 3-D cell array with dimensions 2x1000x98. Each element in the cell array being a matrix.

I can understand the indexing being 2 rows, 1000 coloumns and 98 pages.

For example, I want to view the contents of first coloumn on page 98.

How do i achieve this, i tried a couple of ways but no success yet.

Any leads would be appreciated.
