How to give opening and closing logic to mosfet?

I'm working on active cell balancing for Li-ion batteries, the circuit is attached with this question. Can anyone guide me how to give the command to mosfet(sometimes to open and sometimes to close) as it is very crucial to the approach I've taken. I know that voltage source is used to send the signal to the gate of mosfet but it is not working here.

I don't have MATLAB 2018a therefore, I'm unable to open the model you've attached. Typically a pulse generator is be used to turn off/on the gate of the MOSFET. Take a look at this example.

Have a look at this image, I am currently using 'controlled voltage source' to give gate signal to mosfet as I couldn't find anything else. The problem is once turned on controlled voltage source maintains the voltage at it's terminals even if current is not there. So it is not helping with opening/closing of mosfet acc to my requirements.

Can you suggest an alternative?

Like I mentioned in my answer, you need to use a pulse generator to turn the MOSFET on and off. Please see the model I've attahced.

But if we have to giving gate pulse according to our UDDS Data, then the MOSFET is not Switching ON/OFF. How to do that?
