Matlab not download completly

Hello,
My matlab will get from 10-18% and then will stop downloading. I have tried different versions of downloading. Also, I have tried restarting and erasing data so there is a blank slate but nothing is working. I have downloaded mac before but my lisence is up and have to re download it from my universitys data base.

Antivirus, firewall, or security software may have disrupted the download, so try disabling these and it might resolve the issue.
