Plotting confidence intervals using the curve fitting app

I am performing a temperature calibration on a thermistor. I have 12 points. The independent value is the reading from the thermistor (0-4095) and the dependent is the temp (5-35 C). The curve is a 3rd order poynomial. I can get the fit equation and the confidence values are given after running the program generated by the app. I am just not sure how to pull the upper and lower coefficients from the answer to create a plot.

I want to use the confidence interval to remove any outliers from the data set.
