Writing a matrix to a text file - the matrix has notations of 2.681.e+3 and i'd like to keep it that way and well spaced

I tried

"dlmwrite('myFile.txt',EvoSuc,'delimiter',' ', 'newline', 'pc')"

but it didn't work well when it came to the exponents part and then an offset started... any ideads?
