Running MATLAB code on cluster

Hello all,

I am trying to solve a system of nonlinear hyperbolic pde using ode15s as time integrator.

When the spatial domain is medium-size (Up to say 1000 spatial cells in each direction) the code works perfectly fine but with increasing the size of domain and as a consequence the size of the coefficient matrix, it runs quite slow!

I am wondering if running on a cluster could help improve performance!?
