Visualizing signal strength of mobile towers with google earth

I have a list of latitude and longitude along with signal strength obtained from mobile towers in a certain region. I have all the data in CSV format. In total, I have 4 CSV files. I have mapped the data from CSV file. I have attached the type of result I wish to have. Can anybody let me know if its possible to get such result in QGIS? TcPlo.png
