Extract values from Histogram

Hello,

How can I extract the elements from certain bins in a Histogram (save in a row vector), so that I can use them for thresholding the signal?

Example:

In the above figure, I would like to have all the values in the bins ranging from -0.1 to +0.1 in a row vector so that I can use them to threshold the above signal with an aim to de-noise it.
