Follow the following link. It illustrates the "Job Scheduling and Resource Estimation for a Manufacturing Plant" example. In the page you will find the path to the file that you are looking for (hint, check the first line of the code there is in the page).

If you have the SimEvents product installed, this command will show you where the file is located.
which seExampleEstimatingAssemblyLineThroughput.xlsx
If you don't have SimEvents installed, you won't have this file.
