using toolbox rest error everytime calcating ALFF

See the figure below, after seting path and write "rest" in the commond window to start the rest, press any button in the UI, errors are listed on the figure below (take alff for an example). I have tried different computers and versions of both MATLAB and REST, only to get this erros time from time. Thanks in advance!
