3D Image registration with deep learning.

I am currently working on 3D image registration. Could someone please help me with some instruction regarding 3D image registration with deep learning?

I have to admit I dont have good answer with that. I see this question in the past:

But i don't think they are good answer to you. Perhaps other have better solution. Let wait and see other's comment.
