Simulink - Code Generation Tab is not available

I have MATLAB R2018b, I can't Generate a code since there is no code generation tab,
although I have all of these toolboxes
>> license('checkout', 'RTW_Embedded_Coder' )
ans = 1
>> license('checkout', 'MATLAB_Coder' )
ans = 1
>> license('checkout', 'real-time_workshop' )
ans = 1
