I am attaching the paper i am trying to implement using optimtool in matlab. There is an error "index exceeds matrix dimensions".MathWorks

We cannot know what you did wrong unless you show us what you did. Take some screen shots, show us your setup and also any functions that you wrote for the fitness function or nonlinear constraints.
