Neural Network Adapt Tool

I am student working on a neural network used on nuclear power plant heat exchanger data. I have 500 columns of data, each with 22 different qualities. My output is similarly 500 by 22. I can train the network no problem, but adapting seems to be a problem as I have no timestep.

What sort of qualifyer or statement would I use to adapt the network if the input is - input, the output is - output, the network is - net, the output of the network given input is - result.

Adapting refers to changing weight values.
